I highly recommend Physio Fit. In a few months Zydan was able to fix my elbow issues which prevented me from doing a lot of the sports and exercise I normally do. I liked that he explained the exercises and stretches clearly, as well as giving me exercises to prevent future issues.

I have been going to Physio fit since 2018 and had been seeing Ryan ongoing for many different ailments and always found him to be thorough, he is big on education and it was always a joy to see him because he has a great sense of humour...which is a great distraction when your in pain. I have always trusted him and like his approach to physiotherapy. Recently I have started seeing Corey because of an injury from a car accident and find him to be very empathetic and caring. He listens keenly and gives a great shoulder and neck massage and is so gentle with needling. I highly recommend either!! Also- special mention to the reception unicorns.... always friendly and helpful

I would without hesitation recommend PhysioFit to anyone. Specifically, Trent Schoenmakers provided exceptional care for my little brother, Harry, who had a back injury. Over the course of the year, Trent offered personalised treatment that continuously adapted as Harry’s recovery progressed. He also referred Harry to a sports physician and worked closely with them to develop a comprehensive recovery plan. Thanks to Trent’s dedication, Harry was able to fully recover and return to sport.

What really stood out was Trent’s constant communication. He regularly checked in via email and was always happy to answer any questions we had. His personable nature and genuine care made a tough situation much easier for us. I highly recommend Trent to anyone in need of a physio who truly cares about their patients’ well-being.

I was 32 when I first visited Ryan at PhysioFit and had been suffering from crippling back pain for 14 years. Having previously given up hope after numerous other physios, doctors and chiropractors were unable to help me I was recommended to Ryan and worked with him for about 6 months to try and better understand my injury and what I could do improve the pain I was experiencing. Ryan quickly sent me off for an MRI that no previously professional had yet suggested and in turn we were able to get a better understanding of my injury. Now knowing better what we were working with, Ryan made several recommendations, from stretches to strength work to back supports. After following his advice and working hard at changing my routines, I can honestly say the last 2 years of my life have been the most pain free years I've had since I was a child. I really feel like I've been able to get my life back. I'll always be thankful for the help I received and highly recommend Ryan and PhysioFit.

I was recommended to Zydan at Physio Fit Modbury for pain in my knee (which ended up being patellofemoral). He was excellent! Always professional, and very thorough in his assessments and prescription of rehab exercises. The program included active recovery through resistance training, regular stretching exercises, plyometrics and massage. I saw him for about three months, and at the end of the program, I now have no pain at all.
I would 100% recommend Zydan to anyone looking for an effective active recovery physiotherapy program - and already have! Thanks Zydan.

I went to see Ryan with a chronically bad shoulder which was holding me back from my strength goals. Over 5 visits, he got me back to being pain free and high mobility. His knowledge and guidance has been awesome for me and given me the confidence to complete my challenge by the end of the year. Highly rate him and Physio Fit.

Pretty good and professional service! My daughter got torn ligament around the ankle. Zydan has thoroughly checked her and gave instructions of exercises throughout the sessions. After a few weekly sessions, her ankle has been restored and she is able to be back to sports . We are quite happy with the progress and result.

I highly recommend Trent and the Physio Fit team.
I sustained a knee injury (fat pad impingement) in a half-marathon around 18 months ago, and after 12 months of seeing a (different) physio and sports doctors without any improvement, I was told by the doctor that I would "probably just have to put up with the pain".
I booked in with the team at Physio Fit for another opinion, and it was the best decision I ever made. Trent put together a very manageable rehab plan for me and was quick to respond and adapt when something didn't work out. In the past 6 months, I've gone from not being able to walk without pain or even think about hiking, running or cycling without my knee flaring up, to running my first post-injury 5.5km trail run and hiking 10km with a 10kg pack!

Always a friendly greeting from the lovely reception staff, and my physio, Corey, was fantastic; very friendly, knowledgeable and provided treatment that was personalised and holistic. Following Corey's advice and exercise regime helped me get back to the activities I enjoy, pain-free. Highly recommended.
