Tom is passionate about exercise, health and helping people perform at their best. As a keen runner, sports enthusiast and regular gym-goer since the age of 16, he understands first-hand the positive impact that movement and exercise can have on both physical and mental wellbeing. He enjoys helping people of all backgrounds return to the activities they love, whether that’s running a marathon, getting back into the gym or simply moving with confidence again.
Tom is a UK-trained physiotherapist who graduated as Valedictorian of his cohort. He has spent several years working within the NHS, gaining extensive experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and developing an understanding of the real-life barriers that can make rehabilitation challenging.
He has a particular interest in endurance and running injuries, sporting and gym-related injuries, neck and lower back pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Alongside injury management, Tom also enjoys helping patients optimise their overall health through lifestyle advice, sleep coaching and practical strategies that support long-term recovery and performance.
Tom’s approach to physiotherapy centres around thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, patient education and progressive loading. He believes rehabilitation doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective and works closely with his patients to develop simple, practical and personalised treatment plans that fit around the demands of everyday life.
Whether your goal is returning to sport, recovering from surgery, improving your sleep and overall health, or simply moving with less pain and more confidence, Tom is passionate about helping you achieve lasting results.
